The Food ATP’s Managing for Sustainability module, delivered by the University of Reading and leading business and management consultants Carnstone Partners and non-profit Forum for the Future will teach you to understand the concepts of sustainability and how these can be practically applied to the food industry.
The training is delivered by online distance learning through video lectures and directed reading in December 2015 with a 3 day workshop at the University of Reading’s award winning Whiteknights campus from 11 to 14 January 2016.
During the workshop you will meet policy makers, drivers of change, keynote speakers, including Professor Julian Cooper, former Head of Food Science at AB Sugar, and field trips to organisations such as FAI Farms, scientists, consultants and producers who are putting sustainability into practice
