Winning Bronze this year is Brakes for their Panang Chicken Curry. This classic dish originates from Northern Malaysia, an Asian style sauce cooked with chicken, finished with Thai basil, lime leaf and vegetables in a re-heatable pouch. It microwaves in 4 mins from frozen or 12 mins as ‘boil in bag’. Our judges adored this product with one saying, “Depth of flavour was deep. Tasty, vibrant vegetables with a retained crunch. Spicy, creamy sauce – well-balanced.”
