Winning the Silver Award this year is Destiny Foods with their Clementine Tart. Destiny Foods started some 22 years ago with the goal of serving the restaurant industry in the North West and from humble beginnings they have now developed into a national business which employs over 100 people. Their Clementine Tart is certainly an innovative and wonderfully refreshing product with one of our judges saying, “Light and tangy filling – not heavy – freshness to the taste,” whilst another said, “Lovely citrus, refreshing flavour and appealing presentation.”
