Ice Cream Bronze BrakesSharing the Bronze Award this year is first of all Brakes with their Gluten Free Baked Vanilla Cheesecake. This wonderful product has a “Great taste, nice flavour, good base and good cheesecake”, according to one of our chefs whilst another said, “Crumbly base – flexible product – balanced cheesecake. Nice vanilla flavour.”

 

 

 

Ice Cream Bronze DiSottoOur second Bronze winner is DiSotto Foods with their Dairy Free Coconut Ice Cream with Passionfruit Ripple. One of the chefs said this “Looks vibrant and white, very good, clean flavour, great dairy free alternative”, whilst another said, “Refreshing, creamy coconut with a refreshing passionfruit taste.”
