Winning Bronze this year is Bidvest Foodservice for their ‘Premium Selection’ British Turkey Paupiette with Pork, Sage, Onion & Chestnut Stuffing. It is best served with lashings of gravy, roast potatoes and a side of vegetables. This was launched in September 2015 as part of their Christmas range to offer customers a frozen ready-made individual turkey product which would be great for banqueting. The turkey used is British Red Tractor Turkey and our chefs certainly loved this product with one saying, “Nice looking portion, good smelly bacon aroma, good quality turkey, tasty stock and stuffing.”
