Taking the Bronze Awards this year is Bidfood with their ‘Premium Selection’ Caramelised Onion Fougasse topped with Mature Cheddar Cheese. This slow fermented dough, hand stretched fougasse contains delicious garlic butter, extra virgin olive oil, extra mature Cheddar cheese and caramelised onions. It cooks from frozen in 5-6 minutes. Our judges adored it with one saying, “Crisp outside but still moist and buttery. Nicely balanced onion and cheese, fresh tasting product.”
