This truly innovative company was formed over 20 years ago by Kevin Morel and Martin Thomas and has grown significantly and is now part of Flagship Europe. The original founders are still the driving force behind the company and are actively involved on a daily basis. One of our expert chefs from the Craft Guild of Chefs described this product as being, “A very light parfait, good texture, strong flavour with a pleasant aspic jelly. Smooth and tasty.”
