We are delighted with the response from our members since the launch of the 2019 BFFF Annual Luncheon – with all the below already booked!!

The event is being held on Tuesday, 26th November 2019 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Booking Tickets:

Please click here for a link through to our new ticket website – where you can book your tickets online. This is ‘smart phone’ friendly.

Tickets are £130 + vat each with tables made up of 12s. (If you wish to book one of the limited tables of 10 at the rear of the room then please select individual tickets and select 10).

Payment can be made by Bacs, cheque or card but must be paid prior to the event date.

Tickets sell very quickly for this event so we would urge you to book at your earliest opportunity.

Tables/seating are allocated on a ‘first come-first served‘ basis.

After-Luncheon Entertainment

This year’s after-Luncheon entertainment will be provided by a comedian ranked as one of the top ten stand-ups in the country – Ian Stone. He has co-presented Gold and Silver award winning sports programme – Rock n Roll Football with Ian Wright for the last 6 years. He is a regular on BT Sports’ ‘Life’s a Pitch’, BBC Radio 5’s ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’, ‘The Stand-Up Show’, ‘Saturday Live’ and ‘The 11 o’clock Show’. He has also entertained the British Troops in Afghanistan, performed on the QE2, appeared at Cape Town Comedy Festival and was the first ever compere of The Comedy Store in Mumbai. Ian currently presents a weekday breakfast radio show on Love Sport Radio in London.

Event Details:

It is a fantastic event for members and their guests to attend and take advantage of the opportunity to network with industry colleagues during reception drinks from 11.30 am before enjoying a wonderful four course lunch being served in the main ballroom at 1 pm prepared by Hilton Executive Chef, Anthony Marshall, and his team.

After Lunch, BFFF President, Nigel Broadhurst of Iceland, will deliver his speech followed by entertainment.

The Main Ballroom will close approx. 4-4.30 pm with the Wellington Ballroom being opened with paying bars for guests to continue to ‘mix and mingle’. The Hilton will close this room from 5.30 pm. Some guests continue networking into the evening.

Reception Drinks Order Form

NB: The Hilton will only set up a table in your reception room, with your company name, if you pre-order your reception drinks. There is a waiter service charge of £75.00 + vat per private reception table. There will also be ‘paying bars’ in each of the reception rooms.

Table Wine Order Form

The menu is contained on the bottom left-hand corner of the Table Wine Order Form. If you, or your guests, have special dietary requirements please include on this form. NB: The Hilton may make an additional charge for any special meals not ordered prior to the event date so please check with all your guests. Thank you.

 

Guest Names:

We have now sent out requests for guest names and a reminder that there is a Deadline of Friday, 4th October 2019 – this is to ensure inclusion in the seating brochure on the day and also to create your place cards.

E-tickets:

Your e-tickets will be sent out a little nearer the event date and gentle reminder that in order to receive your e-tickets you do need to be a fully paid up member of BFFF.

If you are not currently a member then please contact Kate Miller, our Membership Account Manager, and she will assist you with becoming a BFFF member.

Cancellation/Refund:

All tickets booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Industry Forum:

There will be the usual Industry Forum held the following morning, this year being held at the American Express offices in London, (Weds 27th November) – tickets are free for this event and can be booked using our new Ticket Website – please click here. Guest names and job titles are required for this booking please.
