The series of eight videos provide a resource for chefs looking for insightful hints and tips designed to not only enhance their preparation and cooking, but to also help them produce delicious, on-trend food, easily and cost effectively
Each video lasts between 30 seconds and three minutes and shows how frozen ingredients can provide an array of benefits for chefs and caterers.
Brian Young, chief executive of BFFF, said: “This new series of Frozen Food Shortcut videos really emphasises how frozen food can be a great resource for those working in the foodservice industry.
“Being able to work with an experienced and well-respected chef such as Lee Maycock gives the Frozen Food Shortcut videos added credibility.”

The versatility and time-saving aspect that frozen food offers can really benefit pubs, bars and other food outlets looking to offer diners a varied menu.
“Each video shows how using frozen ingredients can create dishes that pack a whole lot of flavour, and can provide chefs and caterers with the means to cut down on preparation time, reduce food waste and quickly prepare delicious, inventive dishes and innovative meal components.”
