Tasty fillets of either MSC Wild Alaska Pollock or Wild Alaska Salmon are coated in an innovative, fun and gluten free crispy coating. The 60g portions are a perfect portion size for children aged 4-14 and are ready after 20 minutes baking in the oven.

A successful launch of the Pollock fillet in schools, included a nomination for the 2016 ASSIST Innovation Award. In response to demand from local authorities, Crown Foods developed the

product range to include a Salmon fillet. Now the two products are available in Brakes, even more catering outlets can increase their choice as part of their children’s menu.

Eating something different to everyone else at the table is a frequent reality to consumers with a gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Gluten free foods have come a long way and the category is shaking off previous perceptions of dry and inferior taste.
