In the face of the many challenges the sector has faced over the last year, it was great to read the news of the launch of the UK’s first frozen fresh pasta into Waitrose.
Beroni pasta is manufactured by BFFF member Ebrofrost and is the result of a joint venture between another BFFF member, Food Team International and Bridgethorne.
Available in penne, fusilli and macaroni varieties, the pasta provides the consumer with a convenient restaurant quality meal in just 30 seconds in the comfort of their own home!
The BFFF Technical team were pleased to have been able to offer advice during the artwork stages to ensure the on-pack information was legally compliant and would like to congratulate all those involved in this successful launch.
