
In collaboration with the British Veterinary Association (BVA), The Chilled Food Association (CFA) have produced a handy checklist to help when choosing a vet/certifying officer to sign off your export certification.
It is important that whomever you choose is authorised, holds the appropriate official controls qualification and is suitable to carry out the tasks required. It is also important to ensure they have applicable and sufficient insurance cover in place.
