We have received two guidance notes from Defra for members.
The first covers the guidance for pre-notifying the Movement of Goods from GB to Northern Ireland (NI) via the Traces NT System. The detailed information from Defra can be found by following this link.
The second notification is guidance for the paperwork needed when exporting POAO, the guide can be found by following this link.
We are also hearing that France is asking that importers have a Customs Agent close to the BCP should they have issues that need to be resolved. We have recently heard that Republic of Ireland (ROI) are asking for the same thing.
As this situation develops we will keep members advised.
