Following the announcement of the delay to import controls that were due on 1st July, Government has since clarified that the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) migration is not affected.

HMRC have confirmed a phased migration with declarations for Imports moving to CDS by 30 Sept 2022 and Exports by 31 March 2023.

CDS will form a key part of the Border Strategy 2025 and Single Trade Window development and you can find up to date information on CDS, including how to migrate and the Trader Dress Rehearsal facility at:
