For many members who export or import from countries outside of the EU the understanding of Incoterms will be part of everyday trading. However, when we leave the EU at the end of this month it will be important for any member dealing with the EU, in either exporting or importing products, to become familiar with the various Incoterms and the impact on who is responsible for creating paperwork and if applied paying for tariffs and possibly vat.
