We have been asked to remind members that it is critical to follow the new process when shipping goods to Northern Ireland (NI).
For those companies on the Approved Supplier List there is a simplified process, however, we are being advised that companies are not pre-notifying shipment. This is for all products under SPS controls.
DAERA have advised that whilst some flexibility has been given for the first few days of 2021, their flexibility will end soon so we urge members to ensure they and their distribution partners follow the guidance as advised by DAERA which can be found here.
