In August 2020, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Michael Gove, and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Brandon Lewis, announced a major £650m package of investment to help traders in Northern Ireland. At the centre of this package was a new, free-to-use Trader Support Service (TSS)
We would like to remind members that registration for the TSS is still open.
The TSS will provide guidance and training, a digital service to support declarations, and support from customs experts. It is open to traders, intermediaries and carriers moving goods into and out of Northern Ireland and you can sign up here
On the 10th March 2021 HMRC Trader Support Service introduced a mailbox for all correspondence, including:
- Security Incidents
- Live Service Incidents
- General Queries
- Complaints
The mailbox will be monitored Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and you will receive an acknowledgment when your email is received. The mailbox address is: tssservicemanagementenquiries@hmrc.gov.uk
