The BFFF has been alerted that recently published documentation from the EU failed to list the UK as an approved Third Country. We have been assured by the EU through Defra that the document in question was drafted before the formal agreement on the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TAC) was confirmed. The EU will rectify this situation as soon as possible and there is no impact as a result of this.
