
From the 1 January 2021, new measures and procedures for traders who move animal products, plants and plant products from Great Britain (GB) to Northern Ireland (NI) will come into force. To assist you with the new measures, Government have organised a webinar which will provide you with further information. The webinar will take place twice, so you can choose which session is most suitable for you. See details below.
Incorporating the end to end process and journey for moving products from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, it will take you through the preparation and steps to continue moving your products and what checks to expect when they arrive in Northern Ireland:

DAERA webinar
DAERA are also running a Webex meeting on Wednesday 16th December at 2.00pm regarding EU Exit Transition and the implications for the NI Seafood Sector.
Topics will include:
- Understanding the Irish / Northern Ireland Protocol for the NI Seafood industry
- Import requirements from GB to NI in respect of seafood
- Export requirements from NI to GB in respect of seafood
- Impacts on the NI fishing industry
