Please find here an urgent information request for businesses exporting non-live fishery products to China. The registration template referred to in the request can be found here
Chinese authorities have requested additional information from food businesses and the listing of fishing vessels, which they consider essential for the traceability of fishery products and to aid consumer confidence for Chinese consumers.
In order to continue uninterrupted trade with China, please be aware of the very tight deadline to provide this information to Defra: Wednesday 3rd February.
