The BFFF recently attended an extremely useful webinar run by The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) in Ireland. On this occasion the webinar covered the sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) certification requirements and health checks for products entering Ireland from GB. But what we found particularly useful was the detailed practical advice from experts on how to fill out your paperwork correctly with examples of common mistakes they were encountering.
The recordings of the two main sections of that webinar are now freely available on YouTube here They are dated 14th January 2021 and presented by Noreen Galvin and Joseph McNamara of DAFM.
In addition to the recordings DAFM have also issued answers to the questions posed by delegates. This Q&A document can be found here
This webinar is just one of a series of guidance videos produced by DAFM over the last year which we would highly recommend you take the time to view via the YouTube link above.
