British Frozen Food Federation Review

A message from Richard Harrow, CEO of the BFFF:

"When I joined the BFFF as CEO, one of my first duties was to undertake a strategic review with the Board. This has helped shape the direction of the Federation over the last couple of years. We now recognise that the world we all live in has changed significantly since 2019, with Brexit and Covid presenting significant challenges for members.

Below is our very first ever review asking questions on a range of topics to ensure we are focusing on the things that are keeping you awake at night. We also seek the views of members and indeed non-members on how well the BFFF is supporting the membership and the frozen industry in general.

The review will only take 8 minutes to complete and is an important opportunity for members to help further the federation over the next 5 to 10 years. This will be a time where frozen food can play a massive role in reducing food waste and by extension, the impact on the environment.
