BFFF have created guidance, with the support of the Technical and Health and Safety Expert Groups, in preparation for when the Government gives the go ahead for Food Factories to re-open, following their closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When re-opening a business, it is essential that the government guidance is followed in achieving both compliance and a safe and healthy working culture. The workplace needs to incorporate disciplines such as good hygiene and social distancing along with safe conditions and safe equipment in this new way of working.
