On 9 September, the government made changes to simplify restrictions and ensure the virus is controlled. We have provided the below information to ensure our members are kept up to date with the latest guidance.

These restrictions take effect from 14th September 2020. They are set out in the law, and the police and other enforcement officers can issue penalties to those that don’t comply.

The changes apply to England people in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland should follow the specific rules in those parts of the UK. If you live in an area that is experiencing a local COVID-19 outbreak and where local restrictions have been imposed, different guidance and legislation will apply. Please consult the local restrictions page to see if any restrictions are in place in your area.
