The Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) Research & Policy teams are working on a joint project with businesses in the hospitality, close-contact & leisure & tourism sectors to better support them as we move out of lockdown with Test & Trace regulations e.g. collecting customer contact details.

The research team are looking to speak to business owners or general managers across England of small, medium and large businesses in the sectors highlighted above, in order to understand their perspective of the regulations, learn what the challenges are with implementation and day-to-day compliance as well as what’s working well.

Brief details of the research are as follows:

  • Date: 29/3/2021 – 31/3/2021
  • Length of discussion: 60 minutes
  • Format of discussion: 1-2-1 conversation with DHSC Researcher
  • Incentive: Participants are incentivised for their time
