This month, BFFF’s Head of Health & Safety reminds us not to forget Legionella management following the COVID-19 Crisis.
Simon Brentnall states ‘With so many companies returning to the workplace in some cases water systems have been dormant for months it’s important that the management of Legionella is put at the forefront. Legionella can sometimes get overlooked however the outcomes of poor management can be equally as devastating as Covid-19 especially to vulnerable groups, the fines and prosecutions are equal to any other health & safety breach’.
