Following further consultation with our Primary Authority and members of our Technical Expert Group, the ‘BFFF Guidance on the freezing down of chilled and ambient product to preserve life’ has now been updated to version 4.
This version adds further clarity around the purpose of this document, amends the wording on the example sticker in line with best practice and highlights important notes which should be considered when using the sticker.
