Build our business and drive customer satisfaction
Your core task in this Account Manager role is to increase our turnover by actively approaching existing and potential customers. This demands the ability to map, monitor and respond to market developments as you identify and translate customer needs and requirements into concrete opportunities and (new) services. On a day-to-day basis this requires you to:
- Collect (strategic) market information and segment interesting target groups;
- Schedule appointments and deliver business presentations;
- Issue quotations and follow them up until the actual start of the service;
- Visit and (partly) prepare trade fairs and customer events as relevant;
- Meet requirements regarding legislation and regulations;
- Provide input for sales activities and figures for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and the annual department plan.
At all times you act on the recorded instructions and known agreements in a timely and correct manner. You also prevent, identify and solve problems concerning processes, procedures, work instructions and systems. Further, you are expected to propose internal and customer-facing improvements whenever possible.
The role can be based at one of our sites or at your home. We have sites at Wrexham, Brierley Hill, Bury St Edmunds, Braintree and Lympne. You are free to work with a high degree of autonomy, visiting our sites only as necessary. You report to the Commercial Manager in the Netherlands.

- At least five years of industry experience;
- Advanced account management skills;

- Excellent knowledge of modern sales software and Microsoft office;
- Strong written and spoken English.
