About Our Client

We are currently recruiting for a very well-established business, who are looking to expand and so are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can help them with the development of their current Engineering and Maintenance team.

About the Job

With being an experienced Engineering Manager, you will be able to implement both reactive and preventative maintenance practices. You will oversee the safe maintenance of the business’s operation and machinery. Being focussed and passionate about improvement, you will help develop the team and operation, bettering current practices and trying to ever improve the current Production process.

The Ideal Candidate

If you are an established Engineering Manager from the world of Food Manufacturing or FMCG, then this position will be of interest. If you have experience managing people and this is something you have a passion for then this could be a great opportunity for you.
