Food Applications Technologist | Flavor Extracts | Newmarket


Our client is a leading producer of natural herb and spice flavour extracts, they are looking for someone to join their Research & Development team and use their creativity to develop and showcase new products.

The Role:

To provide support for a range of technical projects within the Laboratories. This will include following standard procedures to complete analytical assessment of antioxidant projects using a range of equipment’s. You would be expected to support taste and sensory, colour projects through the preparation of recipes for product demonstrations, exhibitions and customer projects. In addition, your role will include the coordination of the laboratory day to day function and managing stock and consumable replenishment.

The Candidate:

Ideally, you will have a degree in Food Science or Chemistry related subject, or you will have over 5 years experience working in a laboratory. Experience in food product development within a FMCG business would be an advantage.
