About the Role:
The Technical Systems and Policy Manager will work as part of the food central technical team to help set up and maintain standards and supply chain assurance for the future. You will write and deploy industry-leading technical policies and procedures to ensure that brand integrity is maintained at all times. You will champion food group governance and compliance systems to enable colleagues to deliver business and legislation requirements.
The ideal candidate for this technical role will have a proven track record of establishing and implementing policies ideally within food, ideally, you will have a relevant food degree, have the ability to communicate at all levels, and build excellent working relationships. You will have extensive industry experience and be driven by data, systems and policies.
You will be passionate about food quality & innovation and want to work for a leading retailer.
