A very well-established business that holds a real presence in the area. They currently supply their products to some of the UK’s leading supermarkets and retailers.
About the Job
As 1st/2nd line IT Support, you will be readily available to liaise and help resolve any IT issues that may occur across the site. With the environment being fast-paced and any issues causing significant impact to the business, you will need to prioritise your workflow, whilst also completing tasks in a timely manner to ensure any delays are minimised and deliver a secure and stable IT infrastructure
The Ideal Candidate
The successful individual must have excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills. They must be well organised and have the ability to prioritise and structure their own workload. Individuals must have a good general knowledge of IT systems along with a basic understanding of PC hardware setup, configuration, networking concepts, and troubleshooting. Experience working with ERP systems would beneficial.
