Their solutions are data and insight-led, with a focus on facts and figures. They have numerous revenue streams are work with the industry to address economic, social and environmental issues.
About the Role
This role is all about leading your team to deliver the best possible products and solutions for the customers. You will utilise your data, insight and marketing experience to create a product offering that adds value to all customers. You will work closely with the insight and commercial teams to add value to customers and help them deliver improved commercial strategies and supply chains. You will be able to continuously assess and re-assess the products on offer to ensure that they are as forward-thinking and progressive as possible. You will tap into your people management experience to deliver this remit across your team.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of service products with a focus on data, insight, commercial strategy, supply chain etc to add value to customers. You will have a thorough understanding of the retail supply chain – food and grocery in particular. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team to deliver various projects and business growth. Experience in scaling a business or a business turnaround project would be considered an asset, as the business has serious growth plans.
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to have a proven track record of managing a variety of services and solutions that add value to food or grocery customers. You will need to a leader and have real gravitas. Your communication skills will be first-rate and you will be able to form relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will move through a three-stage interview process. The process will include psychometric profiling and a presentation. This process can take time to complete.
