About Our Client

Our client is a leading grower and packer of fresh produce into the retail sector. They have invested in their business and facilities to be able to produce the best quality products for their customers. The business and team are very focused on their customers and the quality of their products.

About the Job

As factory technical manager you will have primary responsibility for the products once arrived at pack-house with regard to quality, safety, integrity and legality. You will work closely with the Technical Director to ensure compliance of the site and its QMS to all relevant legal and customer requirements, you will also provide cover for the QA & QC Manager when required

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a Technical / QA Manager within a fresh produce or food business ideally. You will have a proven track record of driving quality standards forward and improving processes within a business. You will build good working relationships internal and external. Good working knowledge of BRC, and retailer quality standards are a given.
