Nic Sharman is a pragmatic professional with a MSc in Food Safety Management and nearly 30 years’ experience in the food industry, specialising in food safety and integrity technical compliance. She is an experienced and enthusiastic Food Technologist with a demonstrated history of working in food manufacturing, catering and retail sectors (M&S).
At Nic Sharman Consultancy, we can help you achieve AA grade BRCGS or meet retailer standards like M&S, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

During her time at Marks and Spencer she developed, implemented and conducted food safety and integrity audits. Drawing from this expertise, in 2023 she established Cibus Solutions Ltd to conducts audits for retailers or manufacturers and their supply chains in the food and beverage industry.
