With the new £3 million bakery now up and running, Red Tractor-certified artisan bakers Speciality Breads has kicked off a busy and an exciting NPD programme for 2016 with the launch of a new Glazed Sesame Seed-topped Brioche Roll.
The perfect partner for a show-stopping gourmet burger but equally as good with something more refined like crayfish (see recipe), the unique Glazed Sesame Seed-topped Brioche Rolls offer a premium point of difference and are being targeted at the café, pub, restaurant, garden centre, hotel and wider foodservice sectors.
