The ultimate brunch bread for high class toasting and loading, this new versatile sourdough bloomer is perfect topped with bacon, eggs or the very on-trend smashed avocados, as seen on brunch menus across the land.
The new bloomer is being targeted at the growing breakfast, brunch and posh sandwich opportunity within the café,pub,restaurant and hotel sectors.
Sourdough & Poppy Seed Bloomer
Patiently fermented using 100% British flour, this is a wonderful hard crust bread with an unmistakeable lactic tangy nose and that classic sour flavour interspersed with a nuttiness from the poppy seeds. Versatile in the kitchen and visually stunning, the 900g bloomer is not just great for toasting but is also brilliant for sandwiches and as a dipping bread alongside soups and stews.
