In January this year the government launched a campaign to encourage small and medium sized businesses to ‘Join the Skills Revolution’ and prepare for economic recovery by skilling up their workforce. The campaign highlights the range of support and funding available for businesses wanting to boost their workforce capabilities, including apprenticeships, traineeships, and T Levels.
A range of government programmes are available for employers who are considering hiring employees, offering work experience, or upskilling existing staff, some of which offer financial incentives. These can be viewed on a dedicated website which is a one-stop-shop helping employers to compare the range of government training and employment schemes available.
You can also find out more about the ‘Join the Skills Revolution’ through a campaign toolkit which provides additional resources to help you understand the campaign identity and how to use it.
