We are delighted to announce that Beth’s UK has received three product category nominations at the 2026 UK Quality Food & Drink Awards, with both our Brazilian Cheese Bread and Coxibe also shortlisted for the prestigious Innovation of the Year Award, in partnership with thefoodpeople. This is an exciting milestone for our business, recognising our commitment to bringing authentic Brazilian flavours and innovative frozen food products to the UK market.

Our Brazilian Cheese Bread, traditionally known as Pão de Queijo, is one of Brazil’s most beloved snacks, originating from the state of Minas Gerais. Made with cassava starch (tapioca starch), it is naturally gluten-free, with a lightly crispy exterior and a soft, chewy centre. At Beth’s UK, we combine this traditional Brazilian recipe with English Cheddar cheese, creating a delicious, convenient frozen snack suitable for breakfast, food-to-go and foodservice.

Coxibe – Where Arab Heritage Meets Brazilian Creativity

Our Coxibe brings together three culinary traditions in one innovative snack. Inspired by kibbeh, a traditional Middle Eastern dish embraced by Brazilian cuisine, Coxibe combines Arab culinary heritage with a distinctive Brazilian twist and English Cheddar cheese. The result is a unique fusion of flavours, celebrating cultural diversity while offering something different to UK consumers.

Having both products shortlisted for Innovation of the Year is particularly meaningful to us. It demonstrates how traditional recipes can inspire innovative products that meet the evolving needs of the UK food industry.
