This week BFFF delivered and hosted an Ammonia refrigeration webinar at the request of its members who were particularly interested in dispersion modelling and the requirements of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR). Tatum Cutfield and Bradley Stewart process safety engineers from Gexcon provided some critical information including case studies of when it goes wrong. The event was well attended with around 40 delegates including BFFF members Sofina, IBL Cold Stores, ABP, Unilever, Cargill, Brakes, Bidfood and apetito. So far, we have received some excellent feedback. The webinar covered off topics such as:
