We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience in working within a trade body preferred. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Being computer literate is essential. Ability to form good long-term relationships with members across all levels of membership. Full clean driving licence. The role is a combination of office and meeting members on site nationwide, with occasional overnight travel required. The candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team but also have good organisation skills to manage their own diaries, appointments and reporting.
Role
- Identify and connect with potential new members to increase membership base.
- Encouraging members to use the full range of services offered by the Federation whilst building long-term relationships to encourage membership retention.
- Raising revenue through sponsorship and advertising both online and events/exhibitions.
- Working with the team to identify new opportunities to build membership and revenue.

Competitive Salary based on experience with performance related bonus scheme, lap top and mobile. Please send through your expected annual salary with your application. Full time Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00pm although this can be flexible. Following a trial period there is also a 5% pension contribution, life cover and private health cover.
