Free masterclass in Erudus One allergen and nutritional information system
Wholesalers are invited to a free masterclass on how to make the most of the food industry’s leading allergen and nutritional information system.
Experts from Erudus One and system designer Infotech will be giving free advice and guidance to wholesalers at an event at Villa Park, Birmingham, on Tuesday, February 2, from 1pm until 5pm.
The Erudus One database lists specifications, allergen, product and nutritional information on more than 27,000 products, including many high street brands.
The event, which is open to all wholesalers interested in signing up for the system as well as all existing Erudus wholesale subscribers, will provide a wide range of practical advice and tips. There will also be a Q&A session where any specific questions will be answered.
Issues including implementing local product codes and efficient use of the database’s search function will be discussed.
