
The Food Standards Agency are inviting stakeholders to participate in a data call for acrylamide, which they launched this week. They would welcome data for all food categories susceptible to acrylamide formation during processing and manufacture. Their dedicated webpage explains the process and gives full information. If members are interested in participating, please email your completed data return to the dedicated inbox at fsacallsforevidence@food.gov.uk by the end of 30.11.25.
