Governance — British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF)

The British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) is a not-for-profit trade organisation which supports, represents and advises the entire supply chain in the frozen food industry.

The Directors are responsible for the management of the company’s business. The Directors are entitled to delegate any of the powers conferred upon them to a committee or expert group and shall be entitled to form as many committees or expert groups as are required for the proper running of the Company

The BFFF Board is made up of Senior Executives from member companies, together with a President and Vice-President.
