On Monday the BFFF team welcomed the new Head of Sales, Dave Comley.
Dave comes from a background heavily set in trade organisations, including EVCOM and the Confederation of British Industry. Most recently, he was engaged with entrepreneurs and start-ups across all sectors as part of the ‘grammys for entrepreneurs’ – The Great British Entrepreneur Awards. As part of this role, he was also involved in the inaugural set up of the GB Food & Drink Heroes – a recognition programme specifically for exciting new companies in the f&d industry.
There are many current challenges that the BFFF can help members to resolve within the industry. Dave is genuinely excited by the innovation and inspiration across the frozen food sector and as part of the BFFF, he looks forward to working with both current and new members to continue to ensure that the BFFF is front and centre of the industry in all aspects.
Dave had this to say about his first week with the BFFF;
“Working with a great team with such in-depth knowledge of the industry has been a great foundation. It is a small team with a huge amount of industry experience.”
