ALLERGEN-FREE IS TOP OF AGENDA FOR FARM FRITES
Farm Frites is supporting this year’s Free From Eating Out Awards, a statement which reflects the importance it holds on supplying foods which are allergen free.
“It isn’t new to offer allergen-free foods but it is an area which still needs developing,” explains Nic Townsend, marketing manager, Farm Frites UK and Ireland.

“Allergy UK tells us that 93% of consumers are more likely to choose an outlet which is up to date on allergy awareness.
“Menu labelling is important to demonstrate this awareness and we know that this starts with a confidence among operators. As suppliers to the trade, we have a strong remit to help them serve side orders with trust.
