Country Range Launches Trio of Gluten Free Cakes
Leading independent foodservice brand Country Range has strengthened its sensational selection of desserts in time for the busy festive period with the launch of three impressive gluten free cakes.
The three new luxurious free-from options – Country Range Frozen Handmade Carrot Cake, Country Range Frozen Handmade Chocolate Cake and Country Range Ultimate Sticky Toffee Pudding – will be available to caterers in October in time for the build up to Christmas and join the brand’s already stunning range of desserts.
With 13% of the population estimated to living a gluten free diet (Mintel), it’s vital that caterers offer a range of desserts that appeal to this growing audience and also still look and taste sensational.

Country Range Handmade Carrot Cake – A moist round gluten free carrot cake filled and topped with sweet frosting and decorated with a sprinkling of hazelnut pieces. 1 x 14 pre-portioned
