Guest Speaker Announced - William Sitwell

We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by none other that the brilliant William Sitwell.

William Sitwell is one of Britain's leading food writers. He is a long-standing judge on the hit BBC show MasterChef and restaurant critic for The Telegraph for which he is also a columnist, features and travel writer. He was formerly the multi-award-winning editor of acclaimed magazine Waitrose Food for 17 years and also editorial director at John Brown Media.

Charity Partner - St Mungo’s

Our charity partner for our 2025 Annual Lunch is a very worthy cause. St Mungo’s exists to end homelessness and rebuild lives. For over 50 years, they’ve been working across London and the South of England to support people on the streets, provide safe accommodation, and help with long-term recovery. Each year, they work with tens of thousands of people, helping them take their first steps away from homelessness for good.

Every year, their No Second Night Out (NSNO) assessment hubs provide three meals a day to people coming in from the cold. Meeting this need comes at a significant cost, with much of it spent on frozen food – an area where the support of the frozen food industry could make a real difference.

Exciting Prizes at This Year’s Annual Lunch

Guests at this year’s Annual Lunch will have the chance to win and bid on some fantastic prizes in aid of our charity - St Mungo's!

AUCTION
We’re delighted to offer a truly special experience, Dinner for Two at the Sitwell Supper Club, hosted by renowned food critic William Sitwell.

William Sitwell’s acclaimed dining series, Sitwell Supper Club, is located in the converted cowshed at his family home in West Somerset. Featuring a professional kitchen and a table that seats some 70 guests, some of Britain’s biggest culinary stars have cooked at the venue at Rooks Nest Farm, near Taunton, TA43PT. Diners sit within the cosy confines of a marquee within the cowshed in winter and along one long table during the warmer summer months. Each dinner begins with champagne courtesy of Fortnum & Mason and gin and tonics from Fishers and Double Dutch. After speeches diners take their seats for a multi-course dinner. This prize includes a bottle of house wine and must be used by the end of 2026. The lot does not include travel or accommodation, but William can advise on places to stay and best travel routes. The winning bidder must contact sitwellsupperclub@hotmail.com to organise tickets and logistics. Please note Sitwell Supper Club may feature in other locations across the year. Further information from www.williamsitwell.com

Enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring some of Britain’s top chefs, champagne from Fortnum & Mason, and gin and tonics from Fishers and Double Dutch. The prize includes a bottle of house wine and can be redeemed up to the end of 2026.
