FDMF Leadership Tools — British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF)

The British Frozen Food Federation supports the Food and Drink Manufacture (Health & Safety) Forum, this is a trilateral initiative between the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), Trade Associations and Trade Unions. The aim of the forum to reduce injury and ill health across the food and drink industry by focusing on the following objectives:

Objective 1: Reducing Ill-health / injury reduction,
Objective 2: Reducing musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) including manual handling and upper limb disorder,
Objective 3: Reducing slips and trips,
Objective 4: Improving occupational health and wellbeing,
Objective 5: Improving leadership and worker engagement.

Tools

The attached tools 01 & 02 can be used to benchmark levels of good leadership and workforce engagement in detail and tool 01 A) offers a 15 minute fast track assessment for leaders.
