KARA EXPANDS ITS SUCESSFUL GENIUS GLUTEN FREE FOODSERVICE BAKERY RANGE
Kara; the pioneering foodservice brand of the Finsbury Food Group, has expanded its Genius foodservice offering. In 2015; in partnership with Britain’s number one gluten free bakery brand, Genius, Kara launched a range of gluten free breads into foodservice, bringing a superior Gluten free product into the foodservice market.
The success of the existing range and the growing demand for gluten free products has lead to five new products being added to the range. The new range now includes heart-warming favourites such as, light and fluffy golden pancakes, wheat-free crumpets and the nation’s favourite English muffins all can be served with a multitude of topping and fillings to invigorate gluten free menu offerings. The new range also expands on the existing bread range consisting of American style light and fluffy bagels, and perfectly pocketable pitas; both can be served hot or cold with succulent fillings, they both provide a great Gluten free sandwich carrier.
